How to Install and Configure VNC Server on Ubuntu? can anyone suggest?

Firstly, install the Desktop Environment on your ubuntu installation.
Then, install VNC Server and then configure it. (We generally use tightvncserver)

And then connect the VNC Desktop securely. (We use VNC Viewer)

DONE!
