How to import Big csv Files?

i have a large csv video files.
i what to import in my wordpress blog.
format of csv files is like that: video URL, thumb URL, tags, duration, title, and embed code

can you help me?

If it is in an xml format you can use the rss import plugin I believe.

If it is not you will need to write a php script to put it in the proper format for import to WP rss.
