So hey, some of you may know this, but those who doesn't, here's an tut :D
First, go to

http://nntime.com/proxy-country/

Grab some code, for example, take this one

http://nntime.com/proxy-country/Germany-01.htm

Now, go to firefox options -> Advanced -> Network

And you should be able to open the ul.to download page.

If american users download with proxy , big uploaders will be banned for manipulate ( 2-3K downloads for day )
