How to do full backup on my both websites

Hello, I need to backup my both websites, maybe I'll change the hosting services, so need to do full backup of my websites via cPanel X. Now I use Arvixe hosting service. Need from your help, I can't do it alone.

since you have a cpanel

you can easily access it and then in "backup withard" click import a full site backup

Or you can use bigdump.php, I used to restore 1GB database by this method.

If you have ssh access i recommend rsync and automysqlbackup.

make a zip of the html folder on the cpanel and download and for the database go to backups like other members already showed you

You can go with the cpanel in full backup option under the backup option. there are so many option for complte backup like backup through ftp or ftp passive.
