do you use a CMS system or self developed webpage ?
will you name your website domain? it make more easy to help you

There's not much we can do since you never gave much specific info, like if you're using a js frontend, php, etc. But the basic idea is having the sources stored in a one-to-many relationship with your video entry. That way you can call it as an array/collection, and then loop through that to generate a button for each one.
