How to create a Comapny career page in LinkedIn?

Hi Guys,
I've made my company page in LinkedIn, but it don't generate any career page in LinkedIn. That's why I want to know How i can create company Career page in LinkedIn. Please Let me know the steps.

To register company page on LinkedIn then you need to use the company's own email (not gmail or yahoo ..) and you need to pay fees for this service.
