how to add wordpress theme / cpanel?

Place the theme into a ZIP file and upload it to wp-content/themes then extract it.

unzip and it should have a readme.txt file with instructions? will go in your public_html directory.

I answered this.

Go to the WP Admin panel and go to Appearance > Themes and activate it.
