Go to admin panel !

yoursite.com/wp-admin

and click Themes --->> Header

In header , you can see a box for logo !! Just click that and upload the logo

Almost all the themes have the header option in themes !!

if you have a new logo..
goto your
wp-content/themes/ your theme folder

check for images folder..
and upload your logo.png or .jpg
