How much to charge for banner ads?

Hey guys,

I've never really ran a legitimate ad campaign on my website crackingforum.com. I'm just wondering what price I should set. It gets about 260k unique visits a month with virtually all the traffic being organic. I want to put a large banner ad right below the the first post of each thread. Also, if you guys know of any ad campaigns that won't ban my site feel free to post them.
