How much monthly do you pay for your posters/uploaders?

This question is on my mind lots of times. How much monthly do you pay to your uploaders/posters? (If its a fixed payment) What should be the criteria?
Like $1 /1 post? or $5/ 2 upload? How many hours?
How much we should offer to hire someone to work for upload and postings?

how about let them upload for free! they are making money with their links so why would you pay for it? The only thing you need to attract good uploaders is build traffic to your website. Or I am missing something here?

Everyone person who knows the knowledge of his own work & what, why and how he/she is working takes some time to build empire or name. Kings always be made on some state.

If its not getting higher views then you have to pay for them.
