How much is this worth ? Proxy Site

Im in need of your help, im looking to offload a few sites in the next few weeks but this one is causing me some issues, I really have no idea what this is worth.

So any help/ideas would be most welcome, anyway here is all the info:

How much do you make from ads?

I have adsense on the front page that makes between £4-£10 (6$ - 15$) per/mth
And the proxified pages use popads but they pay shit and make about 2$ per mth

Im sure i could monetize the proxified page better but not sure what to put there
