I really hate Pop-ups so I am blocking them on my browser . It also annoys me to Enter a website and wait a few seconds for some flash advertisements load. but I believe there is no way out of the second one.

I use it on Safari but I whitelist the sites I visit on a regular basis as I know ads help the sites out

Never use one, I try to support the creators I like, if they have terrible ads on their site, just wont go back to it.

Yes, you can. There are apps which allow you to. I know, for sure, there is an app for Android but I can't say about iOS.
