How many hours sleeping in a day?

I once slept around 17hours after having sex with my GF.

Now i always maintain my sleeping ratio with 8-10 hours.

I sleep only 7 hours but I would like to sleep more (about 8-9 hours).

Learning, working... + uploading :D 24hours/day isnt enough

6-7 most of the time, 10 on weekends. If I don't sleep for a day or two days in a row, I sleep around 14 or 16 hours when I fall asleep.
