Not at all. If i buy a new one, It might be an Android one. It will have Play store with a lot of apps. I like that.

Looks like that list of phone numbers is most likely immediate equivalent to the number of physical devices (cellphones). But that must not always be the case. It is not a bad idea to get those dual sim cards setups, those could really come in handy.
