How make money , Upload centers owners?

This question . a lot of host and upload centers have affiliate program and pay to uploaders for use of their upload centers .

So but its my question . They how make money form upload center .

First are sale premium accounts . ok. its good but not enough .
Second they show ads . Ok but they how find people that they want publish ads on them upload center? and does these two way are enough money for them?

They just earn money from these two ways?

4th way: Stall and Run,either slow down or stop all payments until you have enough money and just close the place with no notice

5th way; Use stolen money to open under another name, costs you nothing

Unfortunately it's truth . most of them are stolen money from uploader but several of them working good ( It seems like ) like Turbobit. They stay more 3 years in this job . But i don't know how
