How is OVH?

hmm doesn't look to great, do they offer 7 day refunds or anything if your not satisfied? if not, then dont bother. also ask for a test ip

The RPSes arent VPSes. They are actual dedicated servers just without the hard drive, so instead they use a network drive. They are rather slow in the end. Perfect for crap, but other than that dont use one.

ovh is good for unmetered servers.

If you exceed 5/10/15/40 TB per month then they will put you on 10 MBPS.

the server ill be getting there will use 10TB atleast per month so hopefully Ill be fine.

The limit depends on your server.If you get the SuperPlan Bestof server then they will cap you after hitting 5 TB.

That is the reason why I am interested in OVH. I was planning to use the server mainly for uploading and downloading a lot of stuff, not for hosting

They still have the "SP" range on 100Mbit unmetered (bottom of list). They say you get "low priority on transit" but so far I havent found it to be any slower than the traffic servers - but that could change at really really heavy times.
