Why do you ask for advice if you dont follow them? Here you made the same mistakes than in the previous logo (Indias soccer).
And that font is really a cliché.

Again, dont rely entirelly on photoshop's blending options for designing a logo.
Bevel is a BIG no-no.

Take a look at this one:

It looks nice, right?
Where's the bevel? Nowhere.
The really hard shadows? Nowhere.
It looks too over the top? Nop.

Use this tips, man. Less is more.

but seriously, look up some more tutorials and don't over use the bevel. It takes practice but you'll get the hang of it.

Another tip, don't use premade logo PSDs off the web and claim them as your own, I caught you the last time and it wasn't good for your site image. Next time either take the time to make a good logo or pay someone to make you one and don't always keep making a thread for every logo you make.

Your site won't get any traffic if the logo doesn't look good sometimes, I've looked at sites that have an awful logo and just left. Take careful note on how others make logos and use the tips they give you instead of making a bad logo.

I hope you've learned something today about making bad logos. :D

Seems you are new at Photoshop well I will suggest you start reading tutorials and apply them on work and ask member here how your work is looking. It will increase your skills!

BTW The logo looks very bad you have used Satin, Bevel and Emboss and Outer Glow and whereas you don't know to use those tools properly.

The Fonts which is used it worst you can find many fonts using Google and Da-Fonts they are free <_<...

And the Main Logo looks like made by a kindergarten kid in his Notebook :P
