How does the Rapidleech works?

So, I have the RL but i would like to know that how this script works? Is it a free script?

Do we just need a server for running this script? I own a warez forum. can i install this script on it?

I know it increases the load on server but I am confused in one thing that if i purchase a VPS and has 100Mbite port so then can i be able to install that script on it?

Which bandwidth will be used? My home ones or the server ones? and one more thing which really shocked me that i have just 1Mbit connection at my home and when i use RL to download or upload some file, I get hell of a good speed. Why is that? from where RL is taking the bandwidth?

Is it a server a speed? or is it a script speed?

RL is a free script.

It downloads file from filehost using your VPS speeds. Its not advisable to be hosting RL on the same server as ur VPS as users might find it difficult to browse your forum when you're downloading your files.

It uses Server bandwidth and not your home pc's.
