How do Shorteners make money?

Hi guys, I've developed a shortener script with django and I'm planning to put online my service shortly.
I was wondering where do other shortener services take the ADS from, so I can put ADS in my shortener too.

Which company do they rely on for ADS? (Eg: adfly, shortest, etc...)
