How do I use "X-APICPU" api in Rapidshare?

Hey guys, previously I'm using

http://api.rapidshare.com/cgi-bin/rsapi.cgi?sub=getapicpu_v1&withrefstring=1&withcookie=1&type=prem&login=USERNAME HERE&password=PASSHERE

to get API limit info. If I remember properly, It'll be shown in this format 0,1000

But recently RS removed it and aded something else

Now how do I use X-APICPU

from what it sounds like whenever you query their API, their reponse will have the field X-APICPU
