Peer to peer exchange is the solution. I can sell bitcoins to you, we just have to come up with a convenient and private means of payment.

Peer to peer exchange I mean. Privately exchange BTC to LTC at market price or less.

Try using a smaller exchange that doesn't report the purchases.. Coinbase is an american company which asks for tax details..etc.. Find an exchange NOT based in the US that will let you buy/sell without tax details.
