How can add uploaded.to account in idm ? or How can work in idm ? please help

Try this
go to Downloads > option > site logins > click new
box will come and put uploaded.to in server/path, user name and pass and confirm pass

I dont tried...You have to have premium account and direct downloading should be enabled in ur account.

you can't add pre account ul.to in IDM. Please use JDownloader.
