@doni: The same happens with me too mate. Sometimes the submissions are accepted and sometime they are rejected even though I have a backlink.
 
@ doni: What I feel is the bot fails to recognize our backlink at times. Hence when we submit it gets rejected. I'm not sure if this is the problem but just taking a wild guess.
