Hot to change TOS in mihalism image host script?

Hello, i've installed mihalism image host script on one of my blogs sub-domains because i'm tired to loose all my images at once when an imagehost goes down.
But i cannot find the php file or setting that allows me to change TOS.
I have only 3 lines to add there and is nowhere to find.
Anyone with Mihalism can give me a hint?

Find file info.tpl in here is the path source/public_html/info.tpl open with notepad and find <!-- BEGIN: TERMS OF SERVICE PAGE -->
here you can edit whatever you want enjoy
