hosts that allow proxy scripts? (glype)

hey, looking for any reasonably priced host that will allow me to run a glype proxy website on their host.

its a new site and i dont expect to have alot of traffic untill much further down the road so i dont anticipate taking up too much system resources(especially in the beginning)

let me know if you allow proxy sites, and pricing and whatnot and theirs a good chance i'll host through you!
