Same, I cannot log in with FTP, it was working a while ago, and now i feel it has blocked my IP address as I CANNOT log into my Cpanel either...
 
What about that db error? since i move on to your server, every day i receive a new error.. WTF is this? you answer the tickets after 2 days and in just one line that we'll see what can we do. is that the behavior or support?

Please generate a full cpanel bakup and let me know.... and REFUND MY MONEY as well. As your host is not good...

Good. Very Good. Very very very good. What about those problem which i showed you through ticket? should i show it here so that every one could see that it is the fuckin' server problem or not? ha?

Problem is not about down time... there is something wrong with your server.. anyhow its my first and last month with you....

VERY STUPID AND FUCKIN' HOSTING... I MUST SAY....

SCORPIO HOST IS BETTER THAN YOU AS THEY REFUND MY MONEY AFTER 15 DAYS.....
 
Because I have been on all the higher priced servers on here and everyone had down time of at least 2 hours and some days. Also the higher priced ones always claim you are using too many resources and when you ask to see the logs they show you a server status of usage by all sites hosted.

That is why even if HMW go down every once in a while they are faster and more reliable than the other higher priced ones on here.

The closest thing to real 99% uptime is get a dedi from one of the large hosting firms yourself not through the members here reselling hosting.

Because we have been up for a full year. Most 'hosts' here have been up like 3 months 8-). Also as

It doesn't matter if we go down once in a while.... We are still more trusted / cheaper / fastest on wj.

Also I'm planning to expand soon. Higher a staff team of atleast 3 people... Get servers in multiple locations... Start offering RDP, RL, Vps, semi-dedi at a low price with RELIABLE service that's been up to the challenge for a full year.

Also the a new website design will be put up by the time we hit 30k views on this thread. Also, people main complain with us is support. This is because we are handling a client base of 600+ by ourselves. Me and Him take different shifts. The reason why haven't hired people to do support is simply, we don't trust anyone. I have some people in mind to do support which I will contact later...
