We are growing at an alarming rate and our datacenter can no longer maintain us. So my team currently have purchased 6 new high-grade dedicated servers as follows:



Intel Quad-Core Xeon X3323 2.5GHz/2x6MB 1066FSB
8GB 667MHz Dual Rank ECC Memory (4X2GB)
500GB

New Datacenter Location = The Netherlands
Datacenter = Ecatel


We have completed moving all accounts to the new servers.
There should be a significant increase in website speeds and no downtime.We have changed DNS about 2 hours ago so some all sites will probably not be showing yet. If you want to speed up this process go to CMD and type : ipconfig /flushdns

If you have any problems feel free to make a support ticket.
We also have a treat for users who have been loyal to us. We will be giving away free 1 month Rapidleech accounts on a separate server with speeds of 1 Gig Uplink. Please PM for this.

Again, us at HMW would like to apologize for all the inconveniences we may have caused during the past week - the server move took a bit longer than we expected. Also, the reason why there was a delay in answering tickets.

All tickets are answered now and if you have any further issues or questions feel free to make a ticket; we'll be glad to respond :)

One more thing, we're optimizing MySQL so there might be slight lags; nothing to worry about though.

sites moved successfully but still loading dam slow and server load is about 113% :|

We finally found out the problem. It was the damn suphp running with php causing the high loads. We have shut it off and we have hired a professional server optimizer to optimize and secure the servers.

You should have no more problems from now on.
