Hello, I have a UnMetered Plan in your hosting company.
Im happy with my new webhosting pack but I have a one problem.
When I try to install a vBulletin script, i need make chmod 777 to all files, all right, I go to filezilla, i make chmod 777 to my vbulletin folder and when i go to my browser and put my domain, they return me a 500 internal error server.
I dont know what happens... help me please

First I am having problems using the ftp, I am using cuteftp, which was working before my domain name got transferred, then it is refusing to work.
Secondly I am having problems with my cpanel.
I think you would agree to have these things happen on my first day isn't looking too good for me staying with you.
I know that I have 7 days to decide and at the moment I might be looking elsewhere unless things get sorted out.
