It just might be that I am quite a bit angry that I had to track him down on a public forum instead of work out the issue though their support form. I am yet to receive an email directly but doubt that is entirely their fault, I believe there mail server might be in an RBL or blacklisted directly with live.com. Either way, not really my problem. Since like Danny stated this is being worked out through PM.
