Hosting working but sites not opening all of a sudden

As the title says that cpanel hosting is working fine but sites on it are not opening any more
it was working fine for past months but just this morning it stopped working
cpu load is 0% so i dont think theres any prob of it

Any idea what it can be ?

and type

service httpd restart
