hosting that allow hacking contents

Hello im looking for a hosting that allowed hosting contents i know some host says they dont allow hosting hacking in TOS but at back they allowed

so if you dont wana reply at this topic about your hosting you can PM me please

What do you mean by hacking content? If you are going to store malware(hacking tools) on the server itself, then nobody is going to allow it. If it's hacking guides, links etc then it would be just fine.

I assume majority of providers wouldn't allow any of this due to the fact it attracts DDoS, at least not on shared hosting. On a VPS you would have a dedicated IP which would allow a provider to do custom ACLs on the network if you get attacked, or nullroute if the attack gets bigger than their pipe or too costly in terms of used bandwidth and/or staff time.

Either way, CloudFlare may provide a very good value to your site.

It should be fine as long nothing (bad) is hosted and like Kruno said you need a VDS/VPS at least.
