Do you mean your ticket was replied 5 days after you sent it? May I see some proof?

I dont know why you feel that you will get a faster reply if you post on every single sales thread and even if its not related to the service you have with us.

i paid for 1gb dude,u r limiting speed to 100mb or u r overselling,whatever it is,u should fix it instead of blaming filehosts now.
after all i am not gonna ask u for this after 30th july.....
headache is gonna b over
its 4 days now......speeds were fine last night but again this....
 
they are having some trouble in reinstalling nodes everyone is waiting for their response... be patient guys :) they will soon reply and sort out everything ...
 
im too on USA node 1 bro ... i also agree with you speeds have decreased ... for wupload if u even have 10gbps port than also u cannot have good speed for it ... wupload is in nl not in us .. u will get good speeds on fileserve and filesonic ... these days filesonic is kinda not good at all ... most of the time it provides very less speed but fileserve and ul.to and hotfile are good for us server's
 
i agree with you on WU,that gives good speed only on EU n NL servers
but filesonic iso even slower than WU,though i have forwarded the issue to HISH.
but fileserve speeds are slow as 6-12mb/s speeds are which u can get on 100mb line as well

You have posted your answer yourself ;)

You posted a screenshot of a cachefly test giving you 24MB/s and it is our fault that you cannot get the same speed on some filehosts? Or is it Filehost's?

There is currently one refund request in the queue and the person has been asked to send a cancellation request. We have done over 15 refunds in the last week because of 2GBit VPS and we wouldn't mind doing a few more, can you tell this guy to PM me his ticket ID?

More slots are available again, we have been busy with the massive growth of our 2Gbit servers but we are back with the US servers now. We will also be bringing new OS templates and 2GBit shared hosting soon.
