i had a demo test, so far it all went well, decent in everything, the admin is nice too its a bit more responsive compare to other RDP , not bad to try them for a month

I cannot log in to RDP. It says wrong information. I tried to log in to
client area to submit ticket but it also says wrong information. Reset
password shows successful but not getting the reset email. Please fix these
problems.

Update: Problem has been fixed. Performance is very good.

They are reinstalling the OS according to my info because a virus was causing the server to shutdown again and again
