I've been with this hosts for over a year now and have been very happy. Support always answered pretty quickly and they were always friendly enough to help me if I ever got any problems.

But this just changed. A few days ago I bought a dedicated servers from them and got my login information today. Everything went normal and I was quite happy with it. After about 3 hours of me setting up my server, I get kicked from the RDP connection and the server is down. I opened a ticket and asked what was going on.

They suspended my account for the following reason:
Your account is suspended for hacking activity

I only had the server for a few hours and wasn't even done setting everything up. They never showed any proof what kind of hacking activity I allegedly did, they just suspended my account. I couldn't even use my server and now 60€ are gone...

Just wanted to share my experience with other people. I don't care what happens with my account or server as I sure as hell won't go back to this hoster every again. Pretty sure I won't get a refund anyway ...
