if i may tell my review on the comapny

1st i have 3 Dedicated server / and one windows server from them
Support : they are AWESOME always online, friendly , do what you ask for, always looking after their clients
sales : good promos , no other site can do what they are doing !!
Price : just name one company do it as they do it whole server for 45 euro
other sale it for 76 euro and with 8GB ram not even 16

finally i recommend this company for anyone who is looking for place to stay for long time .
i really like the services in there.

In all these times i am with them for almost 2 year now , they have faced some problems so did i as an customer

i remember one time when i was on their RDP Plan , after i used their service for few months ,
i had a problem that i was not getting good download & upload speed
i was really frustrated cause this problem was only happening with me & my frnds who were on the same server are having no problem
& for a day or two i keep thinking i should contact them or not since it was my problem
but then i decided to chat with them on skype about my problem & i m really really glad that i did
after explaining them about my problem , they understood my problems & moved me to another server & my all problems were solved
This just shows how good & understanding their support is ,

just give same thing to your friend who told you about our support.

2. Our staff thought you want to move, copy files from server to your home pc, so they told you use ftp, using filezilla
3. then you said are you crazy ?

4. till now you are not focused on solving your issue and you replied us we didn't understand your english well.

And :- The meaning of this proverb is that you guys do not get my point. That,s it.
- Because you are not explaining correctly what is your issue
either post screenshots or make video so we can understand

Next time dont waste more time in this fight or proving you correct.

Do you know how to write and read English conversation? Did I misbehave you in any way? 'Are you crazy' is an usual proverb used for spoken English. The meaning of this proverb is that you guys do not get my point. That,s it.

I have heard from one of my ref that your customer service guys are not polite or do not handle customer queries politely. I would advise you guys to be polite and listen to the customer properly.

This is the first time I am using a dedicated server and I would like to know what do you mean by Managed and unmanaged? I would also request to contact the admin to discuss some issue. Please request the admin to address my issue.

If you cant copy from d to e or c to d maybe its permission issue.
it should work without any issue from administrator account if you didn't changed any setting

Issue is no one getting your problem
so provide screenshots what are you doing actually.

Are you crazy? Even I can not copy from D drive to E drive. It asks me for admin permission. Should I use Filezilla for transferring data between drives?

These guys @HostDzire are great! I have a couple of machines from them in the Smart DC in NL. FANTASTIC transfer speeds, and almost EVERY time I open a support ticket, they get back to me within only a few minutes! And that's even including when it's 6 PM EST and it's 4 AM overseas where they are at! Great hardware at good prices, and great support from their team. I may don't have enough knowledge of your problem but I can surely tell you without any doubt that Hostdzire's support is the best I have ever seen in my 6 years of Internet experience.

Machines are machines, sometimes I have problem in my server too but always got them resolved within a few minutes or hours after contacting their support.

The only reason that made me posting a reply here is to tell you that Hostzdire support is the best and always work with a highest priority to resolve their customers issued (as much as I know personally).

Today one of my dedicated server offline. I use their livechat system where they are online 20-23 hours mostly and I inform and they fix the issue within 10 minutes. The support system is very nice and friendly. They are the best.

Go for it. Currently I have 7 Services with this team.
