For Netherlands Dedicated Server its 1Gbit dedicated.

For France server, port is 1Gbit but its not fully dedicated, france server comes with premium bandwidth like 200Mbps or 300Mbps depends on plan, so we cant call it fully dedicated.
 
Are you planning new promotions soon? A few months ago you sent out more campaigns here in the thread or by email

Ok thanks for pointing it out.
Email template was old, i have updated it and removed streaming statement from email.
Before DC used to say streaming not allowed but now they have also removed it.
So basically now you keep bandwidth uses under your limit in your case within 100TB, then you are fine.
You can upgrade to 200Tb or unmetered if needed.

I am looking for encoding RDP.
