I would like to purchase your service but I have a couple of questions.
Can additional software be installed?
I use Topaz Video Enhance AI software. Will I be able to run that program normally?

To be able to use the program you need a GPU.
i dont think they will allowed Topaz. because that program will eat more than 90% CPU

Our server dont have GPU so it may not work since you have already said it requires GPU.
You can buy servers from any other provider which has GPU too.

I have been using this host for a long time now and finally they disappoint me less than 12 hours after purchase.... what would it cost them to switch a user from one server to the other if the sites i use have blocked the specific server IP.... 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

Can you give me ticket id ? atleast we can offer refund for your case.
We dont accept replacement request for reason: ip block issue in specific website.
Because people keep asking for this after xyz website gets blocked for heavy uploading or other reasons.

However as a exception i can issue refund for your order, since you didnt noticed rules in order page.

their support is horrible... It's a shame that it takes so long for them to reply tickets now
Do you have ticket id ? most of ticket gets reply within 30 min some might take 2-3 hours
But it never take like 24 hours.


And i had checked ticket which @peanutz posted here, i saw issue was resolved so i didnt commented here. he had website block issue, some image website were not working in rdp
Do note: we are not reponsible if xyz website doesnt work in our rdp ip.
But if it happens in new rdp, you are free to request for refund within 24 hours of ordering, we will issue refund..

@DJboutit thanks for showing support, but best way get fast support is live chat and ticket, but yes if any conflict happens like our staff didnt solved your issue then you can contact me on skype, i will look into it personally.

There hasn't been an update from you for a long tim
There used to be more and more news from you. There were also always some promotional campaigns for your servers (RDP, Dedicated, VPS).

Only for a long time there has been very little to read from you.
