I recently got a base host account from give away section. The support is good, They didn't take more than 30 minutes to answer my query. Till now NO downtime for my site. Site is running smoothly. They also have cloudflare enabled in my host. Seems good for me.

A great webhost - I recommend everyone to switch to this, and i guarantee they will never let you have any issue for long enough! Amazing Service. Really impressed.
 
Apart from a small amount of downtime yesterday and the fact its down again now I would highly recommend this host, have been with them about a month and a half, the speeds are great, until the recent issue there has been no downtime at all. Hopefully the issue today will be sorted as fast as it was yesterday.

I believe the issue is with the data centre though and out of this guys control.

EDIT: Not impressed... they let the domain run out.. but just before this sent out invoices (which I stupidly paid), upon checking the dates were wrong and I should not of paid them. Lost 5 days worth of data and spent the whole of Saturday moving to another host. Scammers!!
