please bann this user.
They got my money und I get no server.
Now they said I should pay chargeback and servers for another person.

Their proof is that me and the other person use the same vpn provider ip.
And now I should pay otherwise I don't get my dedicated server.

I'm very angry because I paid with LR and I can't make a refund to get my money back

What can I do now?
Right nothing they get 345$ from me and I thought they were reliable.

This is a warning to all users and hosters, please save yourself from this user. This user has so many names and profiles and orders the same config and uses the same LR account, and then claims he is a different user.

Client chatted with our sales exec just after we recieved a chargeback and we suspended the server, minutes after, from the same ip we got a chat and client was asking for the same server but agreed to pay with LR.

So we took the money..

Please do not abuse, this will not prove you right. Your money is still in the account, the moment you make payment for the chargeback, we will release your server.
