Most shitty and slowest servers ever, sites goes down every other day, sometimes "resource limit reached" i raised a ticket and they say "your site needs more resources, buy a big plan from here." support has lack of knowledge.. i read reviews here, so i paid for six months hosting here but i had to move onto another host after 2 weeks. idk how it used to be in previous but now it's awful.

we never delete any account from our billing. any account goes inactive by system if their is no active service. and your refund made in that time while service cancelled. but problem was gateway. our system sent refund command to gateway but gateway cannot complete the request. now your payment refunded manually from gateway. our support center is always open for everyone.
