My site went down for approx ~4hrs, no big deal to me.

Why?

20min later, answered
2hours (after my ticket, part of the 4hours) it was up

Just in the process of ordering another package again after I had some troubles and had to abandon the web for a while, back now though, so can you point me to a list of things that are not allowed on shared US hosting before I decide to purchase. Thanks man

Im interested in one of your hosting plan.. but i need to know if your service is stable, beacause im at the 3rd hosting providers that offer only bad bad services..sites are offline every 5 minutes..and do you block DMCA Reports?

And also, i think if you're location is in the Netherlands it well block the DMCA report as DMCA is illegal only in USA.
