I will always recommend this webhost over webhosts like knownsrv etc.
The admin has always stood up in front to help me whenever i had a problem or any issue.
I recommend everyone to switch to this, and i guarantee they will never let you have any issue for long enough!

It's not that hard to install it yourself

yes. you are right. we applied this auto installation system on order at 25th Jun 2011 and till now its working fine.
a little update
from now any one can choose one script to auto install in total of 16 popular scripts listed on order page. selected script will be install automatically when the account will setup after payment.
also can install more script(s) from our 1 click installer (Premium Softaculous).

You suspended my site for TOS violation - I uploaded some files I should not have and you just suspended the site? I will repeat myself... are you stupid???? This is my 1st infraction and I was not aware I could not uplaod these files to my account and you just take my whole site offline???????
Let me tell you if you are not aware ... there are TONS of other ways to do it like ...
- chmod 000 foldername
- chown something:something foldername
- .htaccess to restrict the folder
- delete the folder
- delete the files
- move the file to the home folder, so the files cannot be used
... and out of all these cool solutions, you just go ahead and suspend the whole account - no mail, no site, screw it... and now what.. I am waiting for you to wake up for undefined period of time to take some action?

we are not stupid thats why we suspend your site . We know you can ask why we suspend you so for show you proper proof we suspend your site .

If you can explain what this sentence means, you are the bomb:
If you did not suspend it, I would not have asked the reason you suspended me, you could have changed the permissions of the files to 000 and let me know! In this case only root can modify them and then tell me that I violated your terms, is that so difficult to do ?
