Hi,
Were looking for some staff with Knowledge of Linux and how servers work, With Basic Networking knowledge and advertising knowledge (To get customer) This will be a paid position depending on how well you do,
Were looking to Hire 3 people, you would be expected to get customers and be on our support system for giving support to clients via Tickets and Phone line, The amount of pay will depend on how well you do, As these positions will be a test for the first month to see who is Eligible/Most suited for the position with us.

I dont think anyone would be willing to join your team, your going to need to offer something that they cant lose, if your not offering to pay them, their has the be a gain for them, like an internship, and your support staff should be focused on support, not trying to find customers!
