Hello,

I am looking for an experienced Adult SEO / Technical SEO specialist to audit and fix an indexing problem on my adult tube website.

Website details:
- CMS: KVS Ultimate
- Website age: nearly 2 months
- Approximately 1,000 video pages
- Google Search Console currently shows around 2,361 URLs as:
"Discovered - currently not indexed"
- Most /video/ URLs are not being crawled/indexed.

What I have already checked:
- Google Search Console Live Test says the video URLs are indexable.
- Google can access the pages.
- Google successfully detects the videos.
- robots.txt is accessible.
- Sitemap has been submitted to Google Search Console.
- Server responses to Googlebot are mostly HTTP 200.

I need someone who has real experience with Adult Tube / KVS websites to investigate the root cause.

I would like you to check:

Googles Core Updates are giving very shitty times. Are you facing any deindexed issue, like Index Page are decreasing.

Or just slow index.

Its just common thing for me now. As your site is 2 month old. Give some more time, it will eventually get indexed.

If getting deindexing issue then that will be problem.

My main concern is not just that the pages are not indexed.

Most of these URLs are showing "Discovered - currently not indexed", and many video URLs have never been crawled at all.

When I run a Live URL Test in Search Console, Google says:
- URL is accessible
- URL can be indexed
- Video is detected

But in the normal Google index, the same URL still shows no crawl date and remains "Discovered - currently not indexed".

There are around 1,000 video pages and the site is almost 2 months old.

In your experience with new adult/tube sites, is it normal for Google to leave almost all video pages uncrawled for this long?

Would you recommend simply waiting, or is there anything specific I should improve to encourage Googlebot to crawl the /video/ pages?

You have to wait. Google do it automatically. They updates their data every 7-10 days. As its a new site it will take time. My site is now almost 2 year old. If i upload something it will index in 5-6 hour most.

By the way most important thing?
Did you uploaded videos manually or automatic uploads?

Two months old with a thousand pages of embed feed, discovered-not-indexed is usually Google saying its not worth the crawl, not a technical fault. If the titles and descriptions came with the feed theyre duplicates of fifty other tubes, so rewrite them on your best few hundred pages and leave the rest. A tech audit wont move that.

I use KVS Ultimate and upload videos using bulk import. The videos are scheduled with different publication times throughout the day, so they are not all published at once.

Previously, I was publishing around 50 videos per day, and the site had 15 language versions.

After seeing that Google was discovering the URLs but not indexing them, I reduced the publishing rate significantly. Now I publish around 20 videos per day and use only 3 languages: English, Spanish and Portuguese.

However, the indexing situation has not improved yet.

The problem is not only with the video pages. My Model pages and Tag pages are also not getting indexed. At the moment, I haven't found any Model or Tag pages indexed by Google.

In Google Search Console, a large number of URLs are shown as:

“Discovered – currently not indexed.”

When I test an individual video URL using the Live Test, Google can access the page, the page is indexable, and Google can detect the video. But in the normal index report, the URL is still “Discovered – currently not indexed,” often with no last crawl date.

Do you think my previous publishing rate of 50 videos per day with 15 languages may have caused Google to discover too many URLs too quickly for a new domain?

Or could there be another issue with KVS, such as internal linking, crawl structure, sitemap, canonical tags, hreflang, or the Model/Tag page structure?

When your site was new, did you also use bulk import and scheduled publishing? Approximately how many videos did you publish per day?

Also, did Google index your Model and Tag pages when your site was new, or did those pages take several months to start getting indexed?

I'm trying to determine whether this is simply because the domain is still new and needs more time, or whether there is a technical/SEO problem that I should fix.

Thanks. Just to clarify, these are not embed videos from another tube site.

I use KVS Ultimate and the video files are hosted for my own site. I bulk import the videos into KVS and schedule their publication times throughout the day.

Previously I was publishing around 50 videos per day with 15 languages. I have now reduced this to around 20 videos per day with only 3 languages: English, Spanish and Portuguese.

Also, it is not only the video pages. My Model and Tag pages are not being indexed either.

If this is mainly a content/quality issue rather than a technical crawl issue, what would you recommend I test first?

For example, should I stop publishing new videos temporarily and rewrite/improve 100–200 existing video pages, then see whether Google starts crawling and indexing those pages?

I would like to identify whether Google simply considers the pages too similar/low-value, or whether the domain is still too new and has not built enough crawl demand yet.
