Once the server has been reinstalled it will take me around 4 hours maximum to set up the server, install the necessary software, import the backup of HiloHost and to have everything operational.

I'm just waiting on a reply from Ecatel at the moment, they are already processing my request.
So we have to wait 4 more hours or more?
Are all data on Code node lost?
 
I have already answered both of those questions.

It will take me roughly 4 hours to completely set everything up and secure/optimise everything.

I can only do this once I the server has been reinstalled and when Ecatel email me the details.

I have a few backups stored locally on my machine, majority of the backups have been lost.

I even selected the B08 server when it asked me what service my support ticket was regarding, I guess the guy wanted to make sure there wasn't any mistakes.
 
Yeah I'm with Ecatel and I am unsure, I'm going to be getting a server at a different data center with KVM over IP, which, hopefully should be all set up in around 10 days time.

server reinstalling will be working in 20 mins

Currently installing and updating everything, will let you know how my progress progresses.


EDIT 3:

Finishing the installation of the required scripts, should be up in less than 2 hours.


EDIT 4:

Nearly all of the work is completed, just have to work out a few more kinks and make sure everything is solid before I start restoring the accounts that I have locally.
 
They do offer KVM over IP how ever id urge you to move, servedome has always had issues with Ecatel when i worked for servedome the 17 some what nodes we had with them always were having issues
 
Don't tell me to show you some results, I am not a dog, so I would like if it you didn't give me commands.

I have had 4 hours sleep in the past 34 hours, does it look like I am not doing my best?

It's like you actually want me to do a really poor job on the server, leave loads of holes and exploits open so anyone can attack the website, and then I guess you would still remain unhappy.

I am struggling to keep my eyes open, I can barely read because of it. Now I would appreciate some respect as I have never shown any disregard or disrespect towards you.

I am sure if you check all the replies in this thread you will see they are all in hours from each other which shows that I have been constantly doing this.

Please do not get the impression that I am complaining about doing this task, I know what the consequences of running a hosting business are, I just don't appreciate it when people show me disrespect as I don't show you disrespect.

And now I find myself wasting more time in this thread than actually doing server maintenance.
 
Go get some sleep and continue after that. It will be a waste of time if you do a sloppy job due to lack of sleep. Sites have been down for many hours and a few more hours downtime makes no difference.

Thanks for your consideration, but I won't be able to sleep until everything is somewhat functional again.

I am currently installing a different billing system due to the lack of security when it comes to WHMCS, and this is the perfect time to do so.
 
Man you really working hard with your business. Kudos to you. Hope everything will be back to normal as we know you are running a quality hosting biz and you will solve this issue real soon :-)

And create a new account, once done, please create a support ticket with the details that you received when you paid your last invoice, I will need information such as:

Domain Name
Payment amount
Date Paid
Next Due Invoice
Transaction I.D
E-Mail that was used for paying.

Also, I am aware that there are some kinks that need to be fixed on the site, I am doing them now. I am also waiting for the BoxBilling staff to activate my license so I can remove most of the default stuff and add more services.

On a side note, prices have been reduced.
 
Just done.

You don't have to reduce prices (they are fine in my opinion). Just increase the bandwidth quota slightly and that will be perfect.
