What is wrong with the encoding queue that it takes so long for a file to be encoded? You added 35 new servers to the cluster when you did the initial change, according to your email, so why is this so slow? Two files that I am waiting on have now been pending in the queue for an hour.

Well, it only took 2 hours and 45 minutes to encode two files. That is way too long for that transaction to complete.
