upload doesn't work
 
In (my_account) there is an option that says:

Video Thumbnail: Screenlist / Single image

Although I put (Single image) never remains as my option, always returns to (Screenlist).

And regarding the error:
I go to any video I give to (edit), then I give it to (Change snapshot), then I give it to (select file),

I put my image to upload, I give it to upload and this error happens:

And it does not change anything or upload the image or anything at all.

In any other page what happens is that the uploaded image is the one that appears when you click on the video link (as video presentation), on your page there is a video capture with 6 images of the video.
I just want the one that I upload to appear.
