Clip times are under 1 hour and videos are above 1 hour time

Why delete the files that I just upload?.....

Yesterday,

1. To try your service (clipwatching) I have uploaded 1 file (tv episode of 45 min.) after that one more and I must say I am very disappointed.
Files are still not watchable and its still converting.

2. Contact us page wont send massaage to you. Trying to sent for am minute and then I get Error 524

3. Yesterday I have send you an email on info @ katfile com from which I got info about clipwatching and no responce.

4. Can you add ftp for uploading???

And what is that saying about your service????
