Sadly encoding is extremely slow and even after 12 hours, some files are still pending, it would be great if it was a little faster in future

You might be able to fix this error by installing Adobe Flash, install latest version.

Remote Upload Pending still 1 hour 30 minute, My record is 12 hour. i remove the job and start again. some time starting. some time again pending.

I think stop working with Highload if not fixing the problem within short time.
