ALSO, encoding is stopped.....

All files are pending for a long time, not encoding at all......

Hi, i think its been few days, when ppl and myself try to download the video file, file comes as a blank file without .mp4 at the end. Have to manually put .mp4 to make file into working video file after download is complete. Could you look into this?
